The Badger Industrial Services SRL is located in Ploiesti, Romania. Situated at 60 km North from Bucharest, Ploiesti, the capital of Prahova Country, is documentary certified from 1503.
Oil has been extracted and refined in Ploiesti since 1857, so this area could be considered as the heart of the Romanian oil and gas industry.
Around Ploiesti are located 3 refineries owned by international companies (Petrobrazi – Petrom OMV, Vega – Rompetrol, Petrotel – Lukoil). Also have been developed supporting industries for this field: equipment manufactories, construction companies, research institutes and engineering offices.
Even an industrial city, Ploiesti is a strong cultural, scientific and educational centre, an academic centre (represented by the Oil and Gas University), having several museums, artistic institutions and monuments.
